> Di Lucaro is a Stockholm-based AI consultancy serving teams worldwide. We pair applied AI engineering with senior systems architecture to build production AI systems designed for reliability — RAG, document intelligence, agentic workflows, and AI visibility for organizations that can't afford for their AI to fail.

## About

Di Lucaro is a deliberately small, two-person consultancy. We work directly with the people building the product — no layered process, no juniors learning on a client's project. We are based in Stockholm, Sweden, and work remotely with clients globally. Working languages: English, Spanish, Swedish, and Mandarin.

The team:
- Carolina Leguizamon — Partner, Applied AI Engineer. Background in electronics and firmware. Builds production RAG, document intelligence pipelines, and agentic workflows. Technical Reviewer for Manning Publications (Evaluating AI Systems; Rearchitecting LLMs).
- Lucas Alenbro Lindström — Partner, Senior Software Engineer. Over a decade building production systems for financial markets — trading and clearing platforms, instant payments, and the infrastructure underneath them.
